"Ulitsa Lazurna" offers comfortable and flexible accommodation in two separate houses, located in a common yard, just 120 meters from the sea in the village of Tyulenovo. The property is suitable for both companies and groups of friends, as well as for individual accommodation, providing both personal space and the opportunity for shared moments.
Each house has its own, fully equipped kitchen, providing convenience and freedom during your stay.
For moments of relaxation, guests can enjoy a cozy nook or coffee terrace, ideal for morning tranquility, afternoon rest or evening conversations outdoors. The common courtyard offers a space for relaxation and shared moments without violating personal space.
Suitable for online work and "workation", "Ulitsa Lazurna" is the ideal place for those who want to combine online work with a full-fledged vacation by the sea. Here, the silence and tranquility create an excellent environment for concentration, away from the city noise and distracting bustle.
The houses offer a pleasant coolness even on the hottest summer days, making work comfortable and relaxing. The space and atmosphere allow you to easily organize your working day and spend your breaks outdoors - with a coffee on the terrace or a short walk to the sea.

Each of the houses has an area of 80 sq m, and this area also includes the dimensions of the kitchen in the house.
The space is designed with a sense of volume and light, with a ceiling height of 6 meters, which allows for the creation of a comfortable mezzanine.
The capacity of each house is 4 people, suitable for both families and small companies.

The area around Tyulenovo is distinguished by its exceptionally beautiful and preserved nature, typical of the northern Black Sea coast. The rocky coast, the clear sea and the wild landscapes create a unique atmosphere, attracting lovers of nature, diving and tranquility. There are many picturesque places and villages nearby - just a short distance away are Shabla, Ezerets, Krapets and Durankulak to the north, and to the south are Kamen Bryag, Sveti Nikola, Kavarna and Bulgarevo. Not far away is the impressive Cape Kaliakra, known for its high red cliffs and panoramic views of the sea.
